We are a professionally managed company having broad base textile experience of over 5 years. We are presently catering to a large base of established brands in US, Australia and Europe.

MANUFACTURING DETAILS
Made Ups & Knit Wear
We are equipped with a state of the art stitching facility supported by an in-house design team to customize designs both in made ups, cotton sheeting and garments as per the requirement of the buyer. We have stitching facilities at Ahmedabad and Meerut (near Delhi) with stitching capacity of up to 5000 T-Shirts and 750 bed sets per day.
Weaving & Processing
TCPL has tie ups with quality weaver mills who have Auto, Airjet and Sulzer looms with grey width of up to 130”. TCPL understands that processing is an art and life line of any fabric. We have collaborated with process houses that have the latest machines for Dyeing, Rotary, Screen Printing and Flat Belt Printing up to finished width of 120”.

The entire manufacturing process is carefully monitored by a team of quality control professionals, who have a deep understanding of fabric, cloth, design, etc. and who ensure ONLINE QUALITY CONTROL. All consignments again pass a stringent quality check before dispatch to ensure nothing goes wrong.

'Mr. A.N. Choudhary', Past President of Jayashree Textiles, a unit of Aditya Birla Nuvo (Ltd.), Indian Rayon and Industries (Ltd) is our chief advisor.
